Shared Vision

This workshop is designed to bring teams together to build a shared vision, align it with the company’s purpose, set measurable goals, and create actionable plans to ensure sustained progress. Through five interactive modules, participants will co-create a future that reflects their collective aspirations and values.

Workshop Objectives

By participating in this workshop, participants will achieve the following objectives:

  • Sense the Purpose: Define the company’s purpose in clear, concise terms that are aligned with the broader mission.

  • Shape a shared future: Engage in activities that emphasize the importance of a collective future.

  • Quantified Goal Setting: Set quantified goals for achieving the vision, ensuring that progress can be tracked and measured.

  • Create Action Plan: Create quantified action plans to achieve individual set goals.

Module 1

Shared Vision

Build Individual Vision

  • Creative Tension: Before building shared vision, articulate individual visions. Who we are? What we want? Why are we in the organization? What kind of future we desire? Feel the creative tension between the vision and current reality.

Build Shared Vision

  • Why Shared Vision: Understand the importance of a shared vision in aligning teams toward a common future.

  • What is a Shared Vision: Learn what a shared vision entails and how it connects the collective aspirations, goals, and values of the organization.

  • Build a Shared Vision:

    • To build a new vision: Build a shared vision with all stakeholders involved.

    • For existing vision: If the vision is already present, discuss and articulate the vision and understand the significance of the vision to achieve organizational goals.

Module 2

Purpose and Values

Shared Purpose and Values

  • Sense the Purpose: Understand together what the company is here to do?

  • Operationalize the Values: Create operational definitions for the  values so that every individual in the organization is on the same page.

Module 3

Operationalize Goals

Goal Metrics

  • Create Quantified Goals: Define measurable key results that align with the shared vision.

  • Define Metrics: Design metrics that will help to map the defined goals.

Module 4

Action Plan

Create Individual and Team Action Plans:

  • Quantified Action Plans: Develop action plans with timelines to achieve the quantified goals.

Tracking Progress and Accountability:

  • Implement Systems: Implement tools and systems to track progress and maintain accountability.
