Practice being in the present

I go for my daily walks. I identify the places where I can do Plein-air painting. The heat is unbearable. I find a place at Century - Prabhadevi. I got lucky and a place to sit. My sketchbook and artwork is now my best friend. The road is busy. Passers by watch me. Children enquire. I try to keep my ego in place. I forgot that I am an advisor to several Fortune 500 companies. It makes me humble to appreciate nature.


Art is therapeutic. I forget the heat. Suddenly the climate is cooler, the breeze, I am in the present moment. Mindful of every moment.
