In my training programs of self-learning and visioning, we use various art therapy techniques. The vision board below describes a tool to practice things that are not in my control and in my control. Putting these things on charts and diagrams gives a person clarity and tracks learning and growth. Over a period of time a person reduces and stops complaining, criticizing, condemning. There is no blame. The gear shifts from out-focused to internal-focused. This is no miracle. This requires daily practice, consistently.
